Request a quoteWhat is PVC foam board?
PVC foam board is PVC with a fine closed-cell foam structure, usually with a smooth skin on each face. It is much lighter than solid PVC and much stiffer than card or corflute.
Different densities are made; higher density boards are stiffer and harder wearing.

Key properties
Light and rigid
Foam board is light to handle and hang but holds its shape well.
Smooth print face
The matt surface takes digital print, screen print, paint and vinyl.
Easy to cut
Thin board cuts with a knife; thicker board with a saw or router.
Moisture resistant
It does not absorb water or rot, so it suits damp areas and some outdoor use.
Heat and sun
Foam board softens with heat and darker colours can move in strong sun, so it is best indoors or in shade. Confirm the grade with us for long outdoor use.
