About these terms
These terms apply to enquiries, quotes and supply of products by Plastics Hub NZ. By accepting a quote you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices exclude GST unless shown otherwise. Pricing and availability are confirmed when we accept your order.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately. Technical data is supplied by manufacturers as a guide; you are responsible for confirming a material is suitable for your application.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
Payment
Payment terms are shown on your quote or trade account. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. Business customers agree the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to business purchases.
