Returns policy
What to do if something isn't right.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If products arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Unused full sheets and standard stock in original condition may be returned within 14 days by arrangement. A restocking fee and return freight may apply.
Non-returnable items
Custom-sourced, cut, machined or special-order items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
